New Hope Nursery and Primary School is a Christ-centered school that caters for both nursery and primary sections. It fosters self-motivated growth for children in all areas of their development.
New Hope Nursery Section is a Christ-centered early learning section for children aged 2-6. It is designed to give them a safe, loving, and stimulating start to their education.
Through play-based activities, Bible stories, songs, and hands-on learning, we nurture each child’s social, emotional, and spiritual growth. With caring teachers and small class sizes, we create a home-like environment where the child feels valued, confident, and ready for a smooth transition to primary school.
The Nursery section offers the teaching of the following subjects
We introduce our youngest students to foundational math through a structured, easy-to-follow approach. Little learners discover the joy of numbers and patterns through fun, step-by-step play. From the very beginning, we help children recognize God as the author of all order and truth.
The young students are also encouraged to enjoy reading and are led through the foundational concepts of creative writing. Through study guides, modern stories and poetry from various study cases they learn to read and speak English.
We introduce our youngest students to the joy of self-expression through structured, age-appropriate art activities. From their very first scribbles, we encourage children to recognize God as the ultimate Creator, inspiring their own imagination and sense of wonder.
We introduce our youngest students to physical fitness through structured, age-appropriate movement and play. From basic coordination to teamwork, we encourage children to honor God by taking joyful care of the bodies He designed.
We introduce our youngest students to the foundations of faith through engaging, easy-to-understand spiritual guidance. From daily prayers to learning Christian values, we encourage children to know God personally and see themselves as His special creation.
We introduce our youngest students to the joy of music through structured, age-appropriate singing. From basic rhythm instruments to foundational hymns, we encourage children to use music as a way to express creativity and give glory to God.
Nursery section provides each child with the opportunity to actually learn the materials they are studying. For learning and development of the kids’ sense of touch, feel and sight, the school provides exercise books, test books, Holy Bible and holiday packages.
Students do not move onto a new concept until they have demonstrated that they have adequately learned the immediate materials.
Children receive an academic prescription that allows them to progress at their own level and rate of learning. This determines the specific requirements of each child, while the school materials allow the staff to give personal and precise assistance where necessary. The children are assessed by the performance in home work and the holiday packages.
